We have made it over the hump and the livin’ is easy! We hit and exceeded the 150 bands/artist mark during this episode and it was a very exciting accomplishment! (for a nerd like me)
This edition had some awesome moments that I was happy to be a part of. The first of which was the opportunity to play a new song by a new band from the town of Brattleboro! Half of the time I am playing songs that I have known and loved for years; the other half of the time I am sharing songs that I have only recently discovered. It’s an even sweeter deal when the bands whose music I am enjoying are based in the area! This new band I speak of is called, I Love You! and it was a treat to be able to give them some radio play – which for musicians, is kind of a big deal!
The next edition of the CTEP will be aired on Thursday 8/2 from 1030p – 1230a! If you tune in at our regularly schedule time and don’t hear the tapes loading DO NOT PANIC! We are only running the show a half hour later than usual!
